In 2004 we celebrated the opening of the DAVINCI show house. Nestled in a
park-like setting and surrounded by a garden laced with echoes of the
Far East, the five-axis show house is the quintessence of a dynamic
residential habitat.
The recess in the centre of the north side of the house underscores the inviting
roofed entry. The exterior of the house is graced with an elegantly elongated carport
roof, a roofed terrace and spacious balconies with pergolas. Another exciting
feature of this DAVINCI House is the symmetrically arrayed roof glazing.
