I must say I’m very impressed with your designs, details, professionalism, and kindness!
After we received our personal design plans presented by you in accordance to our site, sunrise, views, and requirements, we were very impressed and excited that the plans were so accurate.
Showing my friends the plans and proposals they said it is expensive!! 200/210 Euro per sqft., but what they do not realise is that this price is turn key and not a shell, if I was to isolate details out of the price e.g. Architect costs, tiling, painting, carpets, bath fittings, under floor heating, insurances, bath room furniture and shelving’s, QS,
and the other fantastic features like heat pump, glazing and insulation details. The price would be 140 – 150 Euro per sqft!
Our old house is now on the market so we will have funds for the Davinci House!
With the highest quality in Europe, believe me we will promote your homes to all our friends, and hopefully we will be entertaining them soon in our Davinci Home.

Last year we decided to build in our back garden, having looked at several timber framed sustainable building, our favourite was a Post and Beam house, built by DAVINCI House,
the quality, workmanship and professionalism was excellent throughout the project and they are a fair company to deal with. The speed of the build was fantastic, something we have never experience before.

Now we have the potential idea, planning another three houses and we will be delighted

Dear Volkhard,
What can I say, 16 weeks to the day & we have moved in to our new Davinci Haus. A dream come true and all that Davinci say and promise I now know is for real. As you know we were in Germany for the fit out from the 21st to the 23rd of May, arrived back & had the site prepared during the month of June by an excellent Irish Ground Works contractor, Eddie Roche & Sons Ltd. Davinci Haus brought the project forward by one week so we could see the erection take place before we went on holidays. This really did happen in one week, from the 2nd to the 6th July 2007. Every thing went according to plan and here we are 16 weeks later moved in to what can only be described as a truly magnificent house. May I say that Iris & I along with many of our friends can’t believe the speed & efficiency of the build, it entailed no monitoring from my side (I only called by to see the progress and change which took place daily) this was hugely important as it did not impact on my time or interfere with my business, and we all know time is money. The standard of the workmanship is a credit to Davinci & you could see that the tradesmen were both highly qualified & more importantly took pride in their work. We are truly impressed with the quality & attention to detail, many features which we did not expect automatically built in and they really make a difference, you can tell that the team know what there about. We have seen many houses, some costing many millions of Euro & they would not have been finished to near the same standard. At the signing over of the house last week we were hard pressed to find anything wrong as Sascha & Helmut had checked every detail & the few minor points which they were not happy with were pointed out to us & they are in the process of been rectified over the next week or two. It will just about give me time to arrange for the final payment. May Iris & I extend our gratitude to both yourself & Paula, Karl, Brigitte, Daniela, Sascha & of course most importantly all the lads who were on site. They were all a credit to Davinci, ambassadors to the Company, they were most courteous, helpful & kept the build & site so neat & tidy at all times it meant a lot to us & I now know we made the right decision to go with a turn key solution with Davinci Haus. Well done to one & all of you.

I would like, now that my Davinci House is finished, to take the opportunity to express a heart felt thank you to you and your team at Davinci from my family and I.
The level of quality and service you promised the first time we met is exactly what we got. Sitting in my house now and looking around I ask myself is there anything I would change or do differently, and quite honestly I can find nothing.
The level of skill and attention to detail throughout the entire build by the various Davinci craftsmen was simply a pleasure to watch, nothing was a bother and they all arrived and left on time without having to look back.

Now we are waiting to get planning through
DAVINCI Architect.

Dear Volkhard,
The fast build time was very satisfying after a long wait for planning.Also ,having the build proceed without having to be there to chase up and supervise was essential for us considering long periods away from home with my job as a Pilot. To see the quality of materials and workmanship as the project went along was also very rewarding. I have always been onsite during the build of our previous houses but this time you knew something special was taking place. The workers treated our site like the inside of the house, always picking up any bits of plastic or waste as they went along.
Even during the buld you could feel the warmth within the house long before the heating was even turned on,as a direct result of the solar gain from the extensive use of glass not to mention the many types of insulation used in the walls and floors.
Once we move into our Davinci house I cannot imagine ever living in a traditional house again.
