In cooperation with the company INSTA and well-known lighting
manufacturers, DAVINCI House presented something very special in the Lighting
Centre of the 2001 international furniture fair in Cologne: a DAVINCI bungalow
as a "house with smart lighting". Here, visitors to the fair could experience
smart building services for private houses first hand. The well-known pantomime
artist Milan Sládek guided the audience through a time-lapse sequence
showing an imaginary day with 10 programmed lighting scenes. Combining a humorous
performance with technically controlled moderation, the performance showed
how sophisticated radio technology can be used for individual control and
