Heatpump, no problem! We have built several Projects in
Ireland with Heat Pump. A quarter of all DAVINCI Houses in Germany are
driven by Heat Pump. This functions perfectly with our standard under
floor heating in Ground and First Floor! |

Heat pump combined with Photo-voltaic
power(electricity generated from the sun), generating the amount of
electricity on the roof that we need to run our Heat Pump. The export
of electricity to ESB grid on a sunny day and importing from the ESB
Grid back to run the system on less sunny days. All this needs is the
new Smart Metre from ESB. This in effect creates Zero Carbon - and completely
independent from Gas and Oil!! |

Wintertime. When the sun is very low we create additional energy to reduce your heating costs. This is one of the reasons why we do not work from catalogue based houses. Instead we design your House around your sunrise, sunset, views and landscaping. |
